Partecipazioni Industriali is an investment company founded in 2010 with the aim of acquiring stakes - of capital or debt - in small and mid size European companies and supporting their development and growth through specific management/ advisory activities.
This support is provided both by the shareholders-directors of the Company and by temporary managers with specific skills in each investment sector.

In over 10 years of activity, the Company has acquired, developed and sold several companies in different sectors: from High-Tech, to publishing, from media to ceramics, from sustainable mobility, to editorial content management and enrichment, from food to household appliances to business services.

This support is provided both by the shareholders-directors of the Company and by temporary managers with specific skills in each investment sector.

What do we do

Partecipazioni Industriali is characterized as an operational Investment Boutique, focused on small and medium-sized enterprises, operating in 4 distinct and synergistic business areas

Capital transactions: growth equity and buyout

Entry into capital-often by flanking private equity funds or through club deals-and management, operational, strategic, and financial support by flanking Italian and European small and medium-sized private and listed companies.

Debt transactions: private debt & distressed investments

Investment in debt financial instruments that are illiquid or not tradable in regulated markets (e.g., private corporate bonds, private convertible bonds) and management, operational, strategic, and financial support by assisting small- and medium-sized companies undergoing restructuring and/or growth.

Advisory/consulting and operational and strategic support

Services provided both to investee companies and to third-party companies that may not need transactions on their equity or debt at that time but wish to have a partner to develop their potential. In these cases Industrial Participations can evaluate, in agreement with the shareholders of the client companies, possible options for future entry into their equity or debt.

Investments in financial instruments

Investments made directly on regulated markets in stocks, options/warrants, bonds, and funds (traditional, ETF/ETC, perpertual, hedge, VC, and REIT) both Italian and foreign to expand, complement, hedge, and balance the firm's investment portfolio in sectors deemed strategic.

How we operate

All the activities of Partecipazioni Industriali are carried out in the first person by its partners, associates and sector specialists, drawn from an extensive network of temporary managers, who help the management of the investee companies.
The operational role of Industrial Participations involves day-to-day support in the management of the company with particular reference to the streamlining of business operations, the development of commercial networks, the support and optimization of the financial side, the management of extraordinary transactions including mergers/acquisitions, and the management of corporate restructuring.
Partecipazioni Industriali' operations can be minority operations with safeguard clauses or majority operations. They always involve agreements in the management or support/advisory of the companies in which Industrial Holdings acquires a stake or buys some of the debt (e.g., convertible bonds).

Many of the entities in which we have invested and helped manage have received major awards and recognition for their achievements in revenue and margin growth.

All Industrial Participations activities are carried out in person by the shareholders, by the internal team and by a network of highly skilled professionals-temporary managers, who support the management of the participated companies.
The operational role of Partecipazioni Industriali provides daily support in managing the participated companies with particular reference to operational efficiency increase, commercial networks development, companies’ financial support and optimization, management of special topics/deals including M&A and corporate restructuring.

Partecipazioni Industriali' operations can be minority operations with safeguard clauses or majority operations. They always involve agreements in the management or support/advisory of the companies in which Industrial Holdings acquires a stake or buys some of the debt (e.g., convertible bonds).

Alessandro Venegoni

An entrepreneur who has always been active in the food sector that, since 2016, has decided to support the development of Partecipazioni Industriali through managerial and sector skills. Alessandro Venegoni has held important Confindustria offices including: President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Alto Milanese, Vice President and National Delegate of the same Association.

Marco Colombo

Entrepreneur and manager, with a strong experience in financial markets and business management. Marco has worked for/managed many Italian and international companies in the last 20 years. Amongs these companies we can quote Accenture, Magnetto-Arcelor/Mittal Group, Lindasy Corporation, CLX Europe and many others. Graduated in Management Engineering, Marco Colombo holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a TGMP (The General Manager Program) from Harvard Business School in Boston. He has also held important public offices among which we mention: President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Monza, Member of the National Council of Confindustria, Member of the Board of the Harvard Business School Club of Italy
